Our Pokolbin day trips are perfect for large groups of wine lovers. Whether you're booking a Christmas party, milestone birthday, hens or any other big celebration our team of legends is here to make your event unforgettable.

Optional extras: 

Choose your own lunch venue which is a 4th venue for the day and can possibly be an extra Winery or Brewery

Lunch

• Option 1: $35pp extra (payable two weeks before tour) - Wood Fired  pizza, pasta and salads with glass of wine

• Option 2: $35pp extra (payable two weeks before tour) - Brewery pub-style lunch 
• Option 3: Choose your own - Harrigan’s Irish pub, choose your own meal payable on the day
• Option 4: Set menu's form $50 - $80 per head ++ (example Esca Bimbadgen or choose your own)

If you choose options 1-2, a separate bill will be sent payable 2 weeks prior to your tour date. 

If you choose option 3 or 4 you pay the venue on the day

All venues cater for vegans and vegetarians

Additional Details:

• One of our experienced, fun and friendly guides will cater to your needs throughout the day 
• Standard or luxury vehicles are available pending group size
• Groups of 4 - 6 can be provided a luxury 6 seater vehicle with leather interior and sunroof 
• Enjoy private pick-up and drop off from your chosen location in the Hunter Valley or anywhere in NSW
• Play your own music on the bus
  
• The schedule, wineries and breweries are customisable throughout the booking process
  
• Once we take a deposit we will send a detailed itinerary

Payment:

$200 Deposit Required To Book

A $200 payment request will be sent for a deposit after you complete your booking. Your booking is secured for 7 days without the deposit at which time it will be cancelled if a deposit is not received.

The deposit total will be removed from your final bill.

Final passenger numbers required two weeks prior to your tour date.
