Payment

NO Payment Required To Book!!!

Make sure you select BANK TRANSFER as payment method to complete the form without paying

A $200 payment request will be sent for a deposit after you book, your  booking is secured for 7 days without the deposit at which time it will be cancelled if a deposit is not received

The deposit comes off the total bill

Passenger numbers can go up & down until 2 weeks before the tour as long as the minimum passengers is reached for tour booking

• Experienced, fun and flexible Hunter Valley tour guide
• Standard or luxury vehicles available pending group size
• Private pick-up from your chosen destination in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus.
• Visit and sample wines from some of the Hunter Valley's best wineries! 
• Premium seated tasting experiences, no quick cheap tastings done standing at a bar.
• Play your own music on the bus
• Enjoy the breathtaking scenery en-route to and in the picturesque Hunter Valley. 
• Gourmet Picnic Platters at our most favourite family-run boutique winery!
• A variety of fantastic lunch options can be discussed when booking
• Visit one of our favourite cocktail bar ( optional & pay on the day)
• We can include a brewery in your tour if you like please let us know.
• The schedules & wineries are always customisable throughout the booking process
• Once we take a deposit we will send a detailed itinerary for your approval, changed can be made up until 2 weeks before the tour
• Cheese, chocolate & olive tasting are all available options for your customised itinerary

Booking conditions:

Buying wine at the wineries

•  A genuine interest in learning about the wines & ideally making a wine purchase is necessary for all our favourite wineries, cheese/choc/olive/vodka tastings that require sales at the cellar door for large groups in particular, especially on Saturday's
•  Please stock up at our favourite wineries, not before leaving Sydney/Newcastle for example & try & allow some of your budget to support our local wineries
•  The Tasting fees are paid by us upfront but this has never been structured in a way that the winery makes enough money for a large group if they don't buy anything
• Most wineries also have condiments etc for sale as well as wine, any gesture of goodwill for they efforts they put in & the premium wines they pour is appreciated

Dress etiquette 

•  Please dress nicely and keep over the top dress ups to a minimum for our favourite wineries
•  Themes like Nice head peace, all white, Party shirts, Hawaiian theme, Hats, or general nice going out clothes is all suitable

Behaviour Etiquette 

• Our favourite wineries do have to take their RSA very seriously as their liquor licence is attached to their winemaking licence & they may be subject to random RSA checks from auditors
•  Any guests who are seen to be overly intoxicated, messy, wasted, aggressive, shouting, vomiting, or acting inappropriately will be refused entry
•  Urban Legends & our winery partners reserve the right to refuse entry or end the tour at any stage if guests have abused too much alcohol before joining the tour or at any time at all throughout the day
• No BYO or take away alcohol can be opened or consumed on any property/winery/distillery/brewery in the Hunter Valley & they are always on the lookout

Sydney pick up at 7.30am - drop off 7.30/8:30pm. 

Newcastle Pick up 8:30 am - Drop off 6:00pm/7:00 pm

Hunter Valley pick up 9.30am - drop off 4:30/5.30pm.

Public holidays and special event days will need to be quoted before booking.
