2. All refunds, cancellations, and booking changes for bus transport go through Urban Legends Tour Co, not the festival. Dragon Dreaming is not responsible for bus transport logistics, delays, or refunds.

Preparation for the Journey
Please note that we will not be stopping for supplies en route to the festival. Ensure you bring all necessary items with you to the bus pickup location. This preparation allows us to provide a direct and uninterrupted service to Wee Jasper, ensuring you arrive ready to enjoy the festival without delay.

Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is for return bus transport only. It does not include festival entry, camping, or any other festival services.
2. Festival tickets must be purchased separately via Dragon Dreaming (dragondreaming.com.au).
3. All bus booking amendments, cancellations, and refund requests must be directed to Urban Legends Tour Co: jared@urbanlegendstourco.com / 0434 363 911. The festival cannot process bus refunds.
4. Cancellation policy: 14+ days before departure = full refund. 7 to 13 days = 50% refund. Under 7 days = no refund.
5. Dragon Dreaming Festival is not responsible for bus transport logistics, delays, cancellations, or refunds.
6. Passengers must be at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
7. Urban Legends Tour Co reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity. Specific vehicle type is not guaranteed.
