Lost Paradise Festival 2026, Private Buses

Your own bus, your own group, no strangers. We run private coaches from Sydney straight to Glenworth Valley and back again, priced per head so it works out cheaper than you would think once the group is on board.

Departure times, three choices each way

To the festival (28 and 29 December): 6:30 AM, 10:30 AM or 2:00 PM
Returning New Year's Day (1 January): 6:30 AM, 10:30 AM or 3:00 PM

We deliberately avoid pickups and drop-offs between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The roads are grid locked and the bus areas are chaos at that time. Festival food vendors stay open on New Year's Day, so you are better off eating and rolling out later. If you want to leave earlier than 6:30 AM, just ask and we will look at it.

Price per person, each way

10 to 14 guests: $95 per person (14 seater luxury Mercedes Sprinter)
15 to 19 guests: $90 per person (18 seater luxury Sprinter, the party bus)
20 to 29 guests: $85 per person (27 seater executive coach)
30 or more guests: $75 per person (41 seater luxury coach)

The same rates apply in both directions.

What that looks like return

10 people: $95 x 10 x 2 ways = $1,900 total
15 people: $90 x 15 x 2 ways = $2,700 total
20 people: $85 x 20 x 2 ways = $3,400 total
30 people: $75 x 30 x 2 ways = $4,500 total

Minimum 10 guests for the private festival transfer service.

Vehicle Access Pass (VAP), please read

If you want to be dropped down the bottom of the hill beside the camp ground, you will need a VAP, a Vehicle Access Pass, purchased from Bus Fleet. Without one the bus cannot go down, and you will be on the hill shuttle with your gear. Sort the VAP out early, they are limited.
