Here’s what we offer for a seamless festival experience:

• Private Bus Transport: $95 per person, ( each way) which includes:
  • One Pickup Location: Choose a convenient gathering point for your group.
  • Luxury Amenities: Enjoy Bluetooth music connectivity and bring your own drinks (BYO allowed) for a festive journey, luxury vibed seating & service.
  • Luggage Trailer: Ample space for your normal camping gear and luggage. Please pack soft bags when possible and remember that common sense applies
  • Minimum 10 pax required for private buses , public coaches will also be available for smaller groups 
  • No Maximum group size, we will arrange the right vehicle for any group size.
  • 14 seaters, 15 seaters, 19 seaters, 24 seaters, 27 seaters, 39 seaters, 53 seaters , 57 seaters, 62 seaters all may be used and arranged according to the group size you book with at our discretion.

Departure Times:

• To the Festival: Departures at 7 AM, 12 PM, & 5 PM
• Returning New Year's Day: Departures at 7 AM , 12PM & 5 PM
• We are avoiding pick ups & drop offs between 9 - 11 am as roads are grid locked & bus drop off locations at chaos at that time. Festival food vendors stay open on new years day, best to avoid the bus areas at peak times.
• You can request earlier than 7 am if you want to 
• Booking Details:

• Reservation: A $200 deposit is required to book and secure your spot.
• Final Details: The remaining balance and confirmation of your group size are due at least 14 days before the event.
