THE FAMILY ONE - Wonder in, wineries out (from $2,950pp All-Inclusive, priced on your proposal)

Day 1: Airport pickup, hotel drop, Darling Harbour playground and an easy dinner.

Day 2: Ferry to Taronga Zoo, then Luna Park. Wet-weather swap: WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium.

Day 3: Fitzroy Falls boardwalk, Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk and optional zipline, then Canberra.

Day 4: Questacon and the National Dinosaur Museum, with a Parliament House drive-by.

Day 5: Kangaroo Valley pie stop, Berry, Kiama Blowhole and a Kiama overnight. Jamberoo can replace the afternoon in summer.

Day 6: Beach morning, Symbio Wildlife Park with kangaroo feeding, then the Grand Pacific Drive to Sydney.

Day 7: Manly or Bondi beach morning, then airport.

Family-room pricing is confirmed for your family shape on the proposal. Child and room configuration pricing may differ from the standard twin-share rows.

THE ADVENTURE ONE - Earned views all the way (from $3,300pp All-Inclusive, priced on your proposal)

Day 1: Airport pickup, hotel drop, harbour foreshore walk. Optional sunset BridgeClimb.

Day 2: Sunrise harbour kayak, Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and a free afternoon.

Day 3: Fitzroy Falls rim walk, Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk and zipline, then Canberra.

Day 4: Choose Mt Stromlo mountain biking or Lake Burley Griffin kayaking, plus the Mt Ainslie summit walk. June to September groups can swap in a Snowy Mountains day.

Day 5: Kangaroo Valley canoe, Berry and Kiama Blowhole, overnight Kiama.

Day 6: Choose a Wollongong skydive or Bald Hill hang gliding as an optional add-on; non-jumpers visit Minnamurra Rainforest. Continue via Sea Cliff Bridge to Sydney.

Day 7: Manly surf-check morning, then airport. Optional surf lesson.

Adventure activities are subject to weather, operator availability, waivers and minimum ages. Every paid adrenaline add-on is confirmed on your proposal before you commit.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and professional driver every touring day, fuel, tolls and parking.

Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide, 6 set-menu lunches and the listed Classic activity entries. No accommodation or dinners. You book and pay for your own stays.

All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus 6 nights in named 4-star accommodation, twin share, breakfast daily, the welcome dinner and farewell dinner.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important: All-Inclusive does not mean every meal, and drinks are never included. The Classic All-Inclusive tier covers exactly 6 breakfasts, 6 set-menu lunches, 1 welcome dinner and 1 farewell dinner. Other dinners, free-time meals and all drinks are at your own expense. Guided includes the 6 set-menu lunches only, with no accommodation or dinners.

Every displayed price is per person and based on the group-size band selected. All-Inclusive prices are twin share.

Single accommodation: add $750 for the trip.

Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, meals marked as own arrangements, optional add-ons, personal spending and single-room upgrades.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. Book online with a 10% deposit to lock in your preferred dates and group-size band.
2. We send a formal itinerary and live-rate proposal to approve. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Approve the details and lock it in. The balance is due before travel under the confirmed payment schedule.

MAKE IT LEGENDARY - OPTIONAL EXTRAS

• Evening dinner transfer: $350 per night, bookable at checkout.
• Driver commentary on a Transport-Only day: $300 per touring day, bookable at checkout.
• Snowy Mountains day from Canberra, June to September: from $120pp, add by reply email.
• BridgeClimb, harbour dinner cruise, Jamberoo, koala encounter or premium long-lunch upgrades: priced on your proposal.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land in Sydney by 10:30am on Day 1 to keep the full Rocks and Opera House program. Book departure flights after 4:30pm on Day 7 to keep the Bondi or shopping morning. Later arrivals and earlier departures can still travel; we will reshape the affected day on your proposal.

QUESTIONS

Which version suits us? Choose Classic for the broadest mix, Family for school-holiday energy and kid-friendly pacing, or Adventure for active days and optional adrenaline.

Is it private? Yes. Your group, your coach and your driver. You never join other guests.

Can we customise it? Yes. Tell us what you would change and we will confirm what is possible on your proposal.

What is the minimum group size? Eight travellers. Smaller groups can request a private charter quote.

When should we book? Three or more months ahead gives the best chance of securing the advertised from-prices and one hotel for the whole group. Peak dates are always priced using live availability.
