Gold Coast Airport groups can finish on Day 9. This tour can also run in reverse from Brisbane to Sydney at the same base price.

THE ADVENTURE ONE - COAST EDITION (from $4,450pp All-Inclusive, priced on your proposal)

The same northbound skeleton, with the action dialled up:

• Day 3: Glenworth Valley group-choice adventure replaces the second Hunter tasting. Choose quad biking, horse riding or abseiling, subject to capacity and operator rules.
• Day 6: Bellinger River kayak or canoe is included.
• Day 8: Minyon Falls and a Byron bike or e-bike session replace the slower hinterland program, followed by a brewery afternoon.
• Day 9: Optional Cook Island turtle snorkel before Balter.
• Byron skydive, dolphin sea kayak and surf lesson are available as headline add-ons.

Adventure activities are subject to weather, operator availability, waivers, capacity and minimum ages. Group-choice sessions are locked in on your proposal, with a weather fallback confirmed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and professional driver every touring day, fuel, tolls and parking.

Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide, 8 set-menu lunches and the listed Classic activity entries. No accommodation or dinners. You book and pay for your own stays.

All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus 9 nights in named 4-star or boutique accommodation, twin share, breakfast daily, the welcome dinner and farewell dinner.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important: All-Inclusive does not mean every meal, and drinks are never included. The Classic All-Inclusive tier covers exactly 9 breakfasts, 8 set-menu lunches, 1 welcome dinner and 1 farewell dinner. Other dinners, free-time meals and all drinks are at your own expense. Guided includes the 8 set-menu lunches only, with no accommodation or dinners.

Every displayed price is per person and based on the group-size band selected. All-Inclusive prices are twin share.

Single accommodation: add $1,125 for the trip.

Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, meals marked as own arrangements, optional add-ons, personal spending and single-room upgrades.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. Book online with a 10% deposit to lock in your preferred dates and group-size band.
2. We send a formal itinerary and live-rate proposal to approve. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Approve the details and lock it in. The balance is due before travel under the confirmed payment schedule.

MAKE IT LEGENDARY - OPTIONAL EXTRAS

• Evening dinner transfer: $350 per night, bookable at checkout.
• Driver commentary on a Transport-Only day: $300 per touring day, bookable at checkout.
• Hunter dawn balloon, Byron skydive, dolphin sea kayak, surf lesson, whale cruise or Cook Island turtle snorkel: priced on your proposal.
• Premium long-lunch, oyster lunch and brewery upgrades: priced on your proposal.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land in Sydney by 10:30am on Day 1 to keep the full Rocks and Opera House program. Book Brisbane departures after 3:15pm on Day 10 to keep the riverside morning. Later arrivals and earlier departures can still travel; we will reshape the affected day on your proposal.

QUESTIONS

How much driving is it? The biggest scheduled day is about four hours of coach time, broken by stops. Bellingen and Byron each have two-night stays to slow the pace.

Can it run in reverse? Yes. Brisbane to Sydney runs at the same base price, with the itinerary reversed and flight timing confirmed on your proposal.

Classic or Adventure? Choose Classic for tastings, towns and a relaxed coastal rhythm. Choose Adventure for a Glenworth Valley session, included river paddling and a more active Byron day.

Is it private? Yes. Your group, your coach and your driver. You never join other guests.

Can we customise it? Yes. Tell us what you would change and we will confirm what is possible on your proposal.

What is the minimum group size? Eight travellers. Smaller groups can request a private charter quote.

When should we book? Three or more months ahead gives the best chance of securing the advertised from-prices and one hotel for the whole group. Byron and Gold Coast peak dates are priced using live availability.
