VIVID SYDNEY, WITHOUT THE CROWDS HEADACHE

A warm private coach between the precincts, Sydney's icons by day and two spectacular Vivid evenings. The All-Inclusive booking rows show midweek pricing. Weekend departures start from $1,950pp twin share at the 20-27 guest band and are adjusted on your proposal.

Day 1 (arrival): Vivid by private coach

Every tour is customisable. Blue Mountains can swap to Taronga Zoo or the WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium combination.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and professional driver across the four days, including the first Vivid evening circuit, fuel, tolls and parking.

Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide, 3 set-menu lunches and the listed activity entries including the Opera House, Vivid harbour cruise and Scenic World. No accommodation, welcome dinner or separate dinners. You book and pay for your own stay.

All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus 3 nights in a named 4-star Sydney hotel, twin share, breakfast daily, the welcome dinner and the dinner served on the Vivid harbour cruise.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important: All-Inclusive does not mean every meal, and drinks are never included. The All-Inclusive tier covers exactly 3 breakfasts, 3 set-menu lunches, 1 welcome dinner and the Vivid cruise dinner. Other meals and all drinks are at your own expense. Guided includes 3 set-menu lunches; any food inseparable from the cruise ticket is part of that entry, but no other dinners or accommodation are included.

Every displayed price is per person and based on the group-size band selected. All-Inclusive prices are twin share and represent midweek festival departures.

Single accommodation: add $375 for the trip, subject to live Vivid hotel rates.

Weekend All-Inclusive: from $1,950pp twin share at 20-27 guests, priced by band on your proposal.

Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, free-time meals, optional add-ons, personal spending and single-room upgrades.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. Book online with a 10% deposit and select the correct guest band.
2. We confirm the Vivid window, hotel allotment and formal itinerary. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Approve the details and lock it in. The balance is due before travel under the confirmed payment schedule.

MAKE A WEEK OF IT

• Hunter Unwind: two nights with a wine day and spa, from $1,150pp twin share.
• Blue Mountains Retreat: one-night lodge and Scenic World extension, from $550pp twin share.
• Extra Sydney nights with breakfast: from $275pp per night.

Extensions require a minimum of 8 travellers on each extension leg and are confirmed on the proposal.

MAKE IT LEGENDARY - OPTIONAL EXTRAS

• Second Vivid coach circuit: priced on your proposal.
• Vivid BridgeClimb or evening photographer: priced on your proposal.
• Evening dinner transfer: $350 per night.
• Driver commentary on a Transport-Only touring day: $300 per day.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land in Sydney by 3:00pm on Day 1 to keep the evening circuit. Book departure flights after 4:30pm on Day 4 to keep the Bondi morning. Later arrivals and earlier departures can still travel; we will reshape the affected day on your proposal.

QUESTIONS

When does it run? Only within the official Vivid Sydney festival window. Exact departure dates are confirmed before your deposit is applied.

Why are weekend prices higher? Sydney hotels surge during Vivid weekends. The midweek booking rows protect the best-value departures; weekends are priced using live allotment rates.

Is it private? Yes. Your group, your coach and your crew. You never join other guests.
