TEE OFF OVER THE OCEAN, WIND DOWN IN THE VINES

Four days, two completely different rounds: clifftop ocean holes above Little Bay, then a resort round among the Hunter Valley vines. Carts, club hire, cruises and long lunches are handled, with a parallel spa-and-wine track for non-golfers.

Day 1: arrive, settle in and cruise the harbour

Day 2: Golf 1, the view

• Morning round at The Coast Golf Club, Little Bay
• 18 holes with cart and club hire
• No handicap required
• Long lunch at a beachfront-view venue near Coogee
• Free recovery afternoon and evening

Day 3: Sydney to the Hunter

• Private coach to the Hunter Valley
• Two seated winery or brewery tastings
• Cypress Lakes resort check-in
• Resort dinner

Day 4: Golf 2, the vines

• Morning resort round at Cypress Lakes
• 18 holes with cart and club hire
• Winery long lunch
• Return to Sydney for evening flights

Optional Day 5: add a fourth resort night and choose a dawn balloon over the vineyards or a third round at The Vintage. The five-day All-Inclusive version prices from $2,200pp twin share and is confirmed on your proposal.

THE NON-GOLFER TRACK

Mixed group? Perfect. While golfers play, non-golfers can choose spa and pool time, relaxed wine mornings or slow resort time. Everyone comes back together for the cruise, tastings, lunches and dinners. Non-golfer places are priced slightly lower and shown on your proposal.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private modern coach and professional driver across all four days, airport transfers, fuel, tolls, parking, luggage and golf-bag storage, plus planning and on-tour support. You arrange and pay for accommodation, golf, activities and meals.

All-Inclusive: everything in Transport Only, plus 2 x 18-hole rounds with carts and club hire, sunset harbour cruise with drinks, 2 seated tastings, 2 long lunches, welcome dinner, resort dinner, 3 nights in named 4-star hotel and golf-resort accommodation, twin share, and breakfast daily.

This product deliberately has no Guided tier. It is designed as either transport-only flexibility or the complete golf trip.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important: All-Inclusive does not mean every meal. The four-day All-Inclusive tier covers exactly 3 breakfasts, 2 long lunches, 1 welcome dinner and 1 resort dinner. Drinks are included only on the listed harbour cruise. Other drinks, free-evening meals and unlisted meals are at your own expense.

Every displayed price is per person and based on the group-size band selected. All-Inclusive prices are twin share.

Single accommodation: add $375 for the four-day trip, subject to live hotel rates.

Never included in either tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks beyond the harbour cruise inclusion, free-evening meals, optional add-ons, personal spending and single-room upgrades.

HOW GROUP GOLF WORKS

• Four-balls: 20 golfers require 5 consecutive tee times, booked well ahead.
• Mixed abilities: ask for Ambrose, the team-scramble format that keeps every ability moving.
• Corporate fields: a shotgun start can be requested when the course and group size allow.
• Dress code: collared shirt and no denim. We remind everyone before travel.
• Handicaps: none required at the two included public-access courses. Private-course add-ons may require them.
• Clubs: hire is included, or bring your own. Our coach storage can carry club bags.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

• Select the correct group-size band and book online with a 10% deposit.
• Tell us the golfer/non-golfer split, dates and occasion.
• We confirm live tee times, hotel allotment and the formal itinerary before applying the deposit.
• Approve the details and lock it in. The balance is due before travel under the confirmed payment schedule.

Guide prices are subject to live supplier availability and are confirmed on your proposal.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land in Sydney by 3:00pm on Day 1 to make the 5:30pm sunset cruise. Book departure flights after 8:30pm on Day 4, or take the recommended fifth day and fly home without the airport dash.

QUESTIONS

Do we need handicaps?
No. Both included courses are public-access. Only the private-course add-on requires handicaps.

Can beginners play?
Yes. Ambrose format keeps every ability involved and moving.

What about non-golfers?
They receive a parallel spa, pool or wine track and rejoin the group for every shared experience. Their adjusted price appears on your proposal.

Can we customise the courses or add a fifth day?
Yes. Tell us what you would change and we will confirm availability and pricing on your proposal.
