Choose your route on the proposal - South Coast or Port Stephens North:

South route (Symbio - Kiama - Berry):

  • Day 1: Symbio Wildlife Park - koala photo + kangaroo feeding
  • Day 2: Whale watching (Sep to Nov) + Kiama
  • Day 3: South coast wine tour + Berry

North route (Port Stephens) - swap the south coast days for:

  • Dolphins, sand dunes and koalas via Port Stephens

Extend to 5 days:

  • Add 2 Sydney nights up front (additional cost, from $2,550pp)

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and driver every day, fuel/tolls/parking.
Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide, set-menu lunches on listed days, and listed activity entries.
All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus a 4-star hotel (2 nights twin share, named on your proposal), breakfast daily, and the welcome dinner on night one.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important** All-Inclusive does NOT mean every meal, and it never includes drinks. The Classic itinerary's All-Inclusive tier covers exactly: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch (Day 1), 1 set lunch (Day 2), 1 welcome dinner (Day 1 night). Day 3 has no lunch or dinner included. Free-evening meals and all drinks with every meal are always at your own expense, on every tier. The Guided tier has NO accommodation and NO dinners - you book and pay for your own stay.

Every price is based on a group of 20 to 27, twin share. Groups outside that range are priced per the tier list above.
Single accommodation: add $250/night.
Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, free-evening meals, optional add-ons.

HOW BOOKING WORKS
1. Book online with a 10% deposit to lock in your dates and group size.
2. We send your formal itinerary to approve, every detail confirmed in writing. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Lock it in - balance due before you travel.

MAKE IT LEGENDARY - OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Bookable at checkout: Evening dinner transfer (hotel to venue to hotel) $250/night. Driver commentary on Transport-Only days (no dedicated guide) $300/touring day.
Reply to your booking confirmation email to add (priced on your proposal): BridgeClimb from $344pp (minimum age 8). Sydney Tower Eye from $35pp. Taronga half-day for late Day 3 flights from $70pp including the ferry. Shopping run (Paddy's Markets or DFO) $250 flat. Harbour dinner cruise upgrade from $75pp. Long lunch venue tier-up priced per venue. Single-room upgrade $125/night.
Swaps at no extra cost: Blue Mountains day to Taronga Zoo + city day (also the wet-weather call). Bondi morning to Manly ferry morning.

FLIGHT TIMING
Classic: land by 10:30am Day 1 to hold the 2pm Opera House tour slot. Book departure flights after 4:30pm Day 3 to keep the Bondi morning.
Adventure variant: land by 1:00pm Day 1 for the sunset climb check-in. Departure after 3:30pm Day 3 to keep the coastal walk.
Arrivals outside these windows still travel - the day's content flexes, tell us and we will confirm on your proposal.

QUESTIONS
Which variant should we pick? First time in Sydney and want the postcard done properly - the Classic. A crew that would rather earn its long lunch - the Adventure. Here October to March mostly for the water - Sun & Water. Not sure - tell us the occasion and the ages and we will call it for you on the proposal.
Is this a private tour? Yes. Your group, your coach, your driver - you never join other guests, on any tier.
What's not included in All-Inclusive? Not every meal, and never drinks. See the meals note above for the exact breakdown.
What's the minimum group size? 8 travellers. Smaller groups quote as a private charter - get in touch.
Can corporate or incentive groups book this? Yes, this runs exactly the same way for corporate and incentive travel. Book directly and tell us it's a work trip in your proposal notes.
