- 7-day grace period before cancellation
- Deposit is deducted from your final bill
- Final passenger numbers required 2 weeks before your tour
- Minimum passenger requirements apply
- 1.9% booking fee applies (~$3pp); 1.6% credit card fee applies (avoided with bank transfer)
- An 8% gratuity is compulsory at the banquet venue (approx. $7.60pp on food, plus 8% on drinks) — paid directly to venue staff on the night, not included in the tour price
