  • 10 people = $95 x 10 x 2 ways = $1,900 total
  • 15 people = $90 x 15 x 2 ways = $2,700 total
  • 20 people = $85 x 20 x 2 ways = $3,400 total
  • 30 people = $75 x 30 x 2 ways = $4,500 total

Minimum: 10 guests required for festival transfer service

Departure Times:

  • To the Festival: Departures at 7 AM, 12 PM, & 5 PM
  • Returning New Year's Day: Departures at 7 AM , 12PM & 5 PM
  • We are avoiding pick ups & drop offs between 9 - 11 am as roads are grid locked & bus drop off locations at chaos at that time. Festival food vendors stay open on new years day, best to avoid the bus areas at peak times.
  • You can request earlier than 7 am if you want to 
  • Booking Details:
  • Reservation: A $200 deposit is required to book and secure your spot.
  • Final Details: The remaining balance and confirmation of your group size are due at least 14 days before the event.
