GOOD VIBES EDITION - Breweries, beaches, big days out (from $2,200pp all-inclusive, priced on your proposal)

Same Hunter - Newcastle - Terrigal route as the Standard edition, with the wine-forward stops swapped for breweries and extra beach time. Tell us Good Vibes when you enquire and we'll build the exact day-by-day into your proposal.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and driver every day, fuel/tolls/parking.

Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide, set-menu lunches on listed days, and listed activity entries.

All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus a 4-star hotel/resort (4 nights twin share, named on your proposal), breakfast daily, and listed tastings/entries.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important** All-Inclusive does NOT mean every meal, and it never includes drinks. Breakfast is included daily on the All-Inclusive tier, plus the long lunch on the wine day. Free-time meals and all drinks with every meal are always at your own expense, on every tier. The Guided tier has NO accommodation and NO dinners - you book and pay for your own stay.

Every price is based on a group of 20 to 27, twin share. Groups outside that range are priced per the tier list above.

Single accommodation: add $250/night.

Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, free-time meals, optional add-ons.

2. We send your formal itinerary to approve, every detail confirmed in writing. Changes are subject to availability.

3. Lock it in - balance due before you travel.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land any time on Day 1 and depart any time after Day 5 - the itinerary flexes around your flights. Tell us your times and we will confirm the day-by-day fit on your proposal.

QUESTIONS

Which edition should we pick? A crew that loves a cellar door - the Standard. A crew that loves a cold one and a beach day - Good Vibes. Not sure - tell us the occasion and the ages and we will call it for you on the proposal.

Is this a private tour? Yes. Your group, your coach, your driver - you never join other guests, on any tier.

What's not included in All-Inclusive? Not every meal, and never drinks. See the meals note above for the exact breakdown.

What's the minimum group size? 8 travellers. Smaller groups quote as a private charter - get in touch.

Can corporate or incentive groups book this? Yes, this runs exactly the same way for corporate and incentive travel. Book directly and tell us it's a work trip in your proposal notes.
