MARDI GRAS WEEKEND, SORTED

Three brilliant Sydney days with your own coach, clear parade-night logistics and a midnight pickup waiting when the crowds are at their biggest.

Day 1, Friday: arrive and settle in

• Sydney Airport pickup and hotel transfer
• Oxford Street orientation and parade precinct briefing
• Welcome dinner

Day 2, Saturday: harbour, Bondi and parade night

• Relaxed morning around Sydney Harbour and Bondi
• Afternoon rest before the main event
• Private coach drop-off close to the parade precinct
• Viewing logistics coordinated by your host
• Midnight pickup and return transfer

Day 3, Sunday: recover with a view

• Recovery brunch with a view
• Bondi and eastern suburbs touring
• Airport transfer for evening flights

Every tour is customisable. Regional pickup editions from Wollongong, the Central Coast and Newcastle can be priced on your proposal.

WHAT'S INCLUDED, TIER BY TIER

Transport Only: private coach and professional driver across all three days, airport transfers, parade-night drop-off and midnight pickup, fuel, tolls and parking.

Guided: everything in Transport Only, plus a dedicated guide or host, Oxford Street orientation, parade viewing logistics and the Sunday recovery brunch. No accommodation or welcome dinner. Parade viewing platform tickets are not included and are charged at the live event rate.

All-Inclusive: everything in Guided, plus 2 nights in a named 4-star Sydney hotel, twin share, breakfast daily and the Friday welcome dinner.

MEALS AND DRINKS

Important: All-Inclusive does not mean every meal, and drinks are never included. The All-Inclusive tier covers exactly 2 breakfasts, 1 welcome dinner and 1 recovery brunch. Other meals and all drinks are at your own expense. Guided includes the recovery brunch only.

Every displayed price is per person and based on the group-size band selected. All-Inclusive prices are twin share.

Single accommodation: add $250 for the trip, subject to live Mardi Gras hotel rates.

Parade viewing: reserved viewing platform tickets, when requested, are added at the supplier's live event rate and shown separately on your proposal.

Never included in any tier: flights, travel insurance, drinks, unlisted meals, parade viewing tickets, optional add-ons, personal spending and single-room upgrades.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

• Book online with a 10% deposit and select the correct guest band.
• We confirm the official parade weekend, hotel allotment, viewing arrangements and formal itinerary before applying the deposit.
• Approve the details and lock it in. The balance is due before travel under the confirmed payment schedule.

MAKE A WEEK OF IT

• Hunter Unwind: two nights with a wine day and spa, from $1,150pp twin share.
• Blue Mountains Retreat: one-night lodge and Scenic World extension, from $550pp twin share.
• Extra Sydney nights with breakfast: from $275pp per night.

Extensions require a minimum of 8 travellers on each extension leg and are confirmed on the proposal.

FLIGHT TIMING

Land in Sydney by 4:00pm on Friday to keep the orientation and welcome dinner. Book departure flights after 6:30pm on Sunday to keep the recovery brunch and Bondi touring. Later arrivals and earlier departures can still travel; we will reshape the affected day on your proposal.

When does it run?
Only across the official Sydney Mardi Gras parade weekend. Exact dates are confirmed before your deposit is applied.

Are parade viewing tickets included?
No. Availability and pricing change each year, so requested tickets are passed through at the verified live event rate.

Is it private?
Yes. Your group, your coach and your crew. You never join other guests.

Can we customise it?
